Graphic Design Projects
~The following projects were made in my Graphic Design Classes~
~All were made using Adobe software, specifically Illustrator and InDesign~
Created in my Graphic Design II course, I was told to create a logo for an original company. I ultimately decided to do a hammock company called "Tree Frog" and then had to pick a design and color scheme that would attract potential buyers. I chose to keep the vibrant green and orange of the frog, a frog foot, a hammock/smile, and a lilypad as my main designs
Created in my Graphic Design II course, I was tasked with creating an informational brochure for a famous figure and/or client/ By choosing the Smithsonian, I had to choose which exhibits drew the most interest to museum-goers and an overall theme. I ultimately decided to make the brochure more "pop-culture" based, though the museum could need MULTIPLE brochures to be completely honest!
Created in my Graphic Design II course, my peers and I were told to create an online magazine based on a topic we chose ahead of time. Because I love my pet chickens, I decided to make a chicken magazine! Using my own photos and writing, I created a magazine in Illustrator with a feature story on chickens. It was originally published in EPUB format, but I have converted it to PDF for this portfolio.
Created in my Graphic Design II course, I was given a random company name and told to create promotional materials the company would use. Utilizing the "classic" feel of some chocolatier brands, I focused on making the same idea come across with my brand. I created a letterhead, posters, and apparel/boxes for the mock company all with the same overarching theme.
This project was originally done through Adobe InDesign and Dimension but has been converted to PDF for the portfolio.
Created in my Graphic Design I course, I was tasked with recreating common tools in the specific color scheme and basic style of Google's emoticons. As an added challenge, I had to simplify one of the tools even further, which I chose to do with the electric drill I designed.
